‘Design is one of the most powerful forces in our lives, and has never been more compelling. At a time when so many aspects of daily life are changing at relentless speed on an unprecedented scale, design is a powerful tool to help us to benefit from them, and to avoid their dangers.’

Alice Rawsthorn, the award-winning design critic, author and former weekly design columnist for The New York Times, introduces her new book Design as an Attitude in conversation with critic and columnist Sarah Ditum.
